Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Front Desk Customer Service Representative to join our team for the busy season (June through the end of January). This role is key to providing a top-tier experience from the moment customers arrive to the time they select their perfect photo package.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all clients and visitors with a warm, professional welcome
  
  

• Check in clients for their scheduled appointments
  
  

• Collect payments and issue receipts when needed
  
  

• Inform customers about current promotions, offers, and package options
  
  

• Assist clients in scheduling or rescheduling sessions and sales appointments
  
  

• Help guide clients through package selections during dedicated sales appointments
  
  

• Accurately handle cash, card, and other payment transactions
  
  

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
  
  

• Communicate effectively with the photography and sales team to ensure smooth operations
  
  

• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and follow up with customers as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or front desk reception preferred
  
  

• Friendly, patient, and confident with a strong attention to detail
  
  

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
  
  

• Comfortable talking about and selling photography packages
  
  

• Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system with accuracy
  
  

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
