You Are:
A senior Oracle Financials practitioner who leads the full functional workstream on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials transformations - from solution design through go-live and hypercare. You hold command-level expertise across the Oracle Financials suite. You work at the intersection of finance operations, technology, and business transformation, translating complex client requirements into scalable Oracle solutions. At the Senior Manager level, you own the Financials workstream end-to-end, lead and develop a team of functional consultants, and serve as the primary functional authority for client CFOs, Controllers, and Finance leadership. You do not just configure Oracle - you shape how finance functions operate.Ā
The Work:
Lead the Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials workstream across the full project lifecycle - from requirements and design through build, test, cutover, and hypercare - ensuring delivery quality, timeline adherence, and client satisfactionĀ
Own solution design for GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Advanced Collections - including chart of accounts design, accounting rule frameworks, payment processing, asset lifecycle, collections strategy, and period-close architectureĀ
Facilitate executive-level requirements workshops and design sessions with client CFOs, Controllers, and Finance leadership; document business requirements, solution design decisions, and functional specifications with precisionĀ
Define and enforce functional configuration standards across the Financials workstream; review and approve configuration workbooks, functional design documents, and test scripts produced by the teamĀ
Partner with the integration, data migration, reporting, and technical workstream leads to resolve cross-stream design dependencies and ensure end-to-end solution coherenceĀ
Lead Oracle Financials data migration strategy - define migration scope, validate mapping rules for financial master data and open balances, and sign off on data quality prior to cutoverĀ
Govern functional testing across SIT and UAT - review test scenarios, facilitate defect triage with client Finance teams, drive resolution, and obtain business sign-off on Financials workstream readinessĀ
Advise clients on Oracle Financials best practices and out-of-the-box capabilities; challenge unnecessary customization and guide clients to adopt standard cloud processes where appropriateĀ
Manage Financials workstream risks and issues proactively - identify, escalate, and present options to program leadership and client stakeholders; maintain a current functional risk registerĀ
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Oracle Financials functional consultants; assign workstream responsibilities, review deliverables, and build team capability across the Financials suiteĀ
Support Accenture Edge business development - lead functional solutioning for mid-market Oracle Financials pursuits, contribute to proposals, and represent the Financials practice in client oralsĀ
Contribute to Accenture's Oracle Financials asset library - reusable configuration templates, design accelerators, and process playbooks for mid-market deploymentsĀ

What You Need:Ā
Minimum 8 years of Oracle Financials implementation experience, with at least 5 years leading the Financials functional workstream on Oracle Cloud ERP programsĀ
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on configuration expertise across three or more Oracle Fusion Financials modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Advanced CollectionsĀ
Minimum of 5 years working with core finance and accounting processes: chart of accounts design, sub-ledger accounting (SLA), procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, fixed asset lifecycle, period-close, and financial reconciliationĀ
Minimum of 4 years leading and managing teams of functional consultants - setting direction, reviewing deliverables, resolving escalations, and developing talentĀ
Minimum of 4 years engaging and presenting with authority to CFO, Controller, and VP-level client stakeholders on solution design, risks, and program statusĀ
Minimum of 4 years working in a structured program delivery environment - managing functional scope, timeline, and quality against project milestonesĀ
Minimum of 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementations owned end-to-end - from solution design through go-liveĀ
Bachelorās Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associateās Degree with 6 years of work experience)
Bonus PointsĀ
Hands-on expertise in Oracle Advanced Collections - strategy management, work queues, scoring, dunning, and integration with ARĀ
Experience with Oracle Subledger Accounting (SLA) - journal line rule design, mapping sets, and multi-book accounting for complex enterprise structuresĀ
Knowledge of Oracle Financials data migration tools - FBDI, ADFDI - and experience validating migrated financial balances and open itemsĀ
Experience delivering Oracle Financials in Accenture Edge / mid-market contexts - right-sized solutions, accelerated timelines, and lean functional teamsĀ
Knowledge of AI-driven Finance automation - intelligent AP invoice processing, predictive collections, automated reconciliation - and how Oracle Cloud natively enables these capabilitiesĀ

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
