Job Description:

We are seeking a mid-level associate (4-6 years of experience) to join our complex litigation group, defending clients in high-stakes, complex litigation matters of national and international significance, with an emphasis on product liability and commercial matters involving the aviation and transportation industry sectors. This position is open to all US offices.

Successful candidates will have:

1. Excellent writing skills, demonstrated by experience gained through a clerkship, law review, moot court or publication;

2. Experience with all stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motions practice, working with experts, and trial;

3. Superior academic credentials;

4. Willingness to commit to excellent client service and a client-centered practice;

5. Comfort with analyzing complex legal issues, for example contractual, jurisdictional, choice-of-law, and admiralty law issues;

6. Clerkship experience, especially at the appellate level, is strongly preferred.

Annual Compensation Range: $310,000 to 390,000
