About the Position

Star Sleep & Wellness is seeking a motivated and talented Digital Media Coordinator to join our growing team!

Position requires travel between our Frisco, Dallas, Irving, Denton, McKinney, Mansfield, and Fort Worth locations. Occasional travel within the DFW area and to out-of-state offices may also be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video content featuring providers, community liaisons, and clinic staff for marketing, educational, and promotional initiatives.
• Edit and produce engaging short-form video content using platforms such as Descript and CapCut.
• Organize, manage, and maintain patient testimonial footage and long-form video content libraries.
• Edit and enhance long-form video projects, ensuring content aligns with brand standards and messaging.
• Publish content across social media and digital platforms, monitor engagement, and respond to comments, reviews, and audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage online reputation efforts, including responding to Google Reviews and supporting community engagement across social media channels.
• Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics related to digital content and social media initiatives.
• Participate in regular performance review meetings with leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on content and engagement data.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) for a personal brand, influencer account, business, agency, or organization.
• Portfolio showcasing at least five short-form videos that you personally filmed and edited.
• Proficiency in capturing high-quality video and audio using a smartphone or mirrorless camera, including the use of microphones and basic lighting equipment.
• Experience with video editing platforms such as CapCut, Descript, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools, including captioning, multi-camera editing, motion graphics, text overlays, and B-roll integration.
• Ability to confidently direct on-camera talent, including physicians, healthcare staff, and administrative team members, to achieve natural and engaging content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with knowledge of platform-specific content formats, audience engagement strategies, and best practices.
• Experience utilizing AI-powered tools for content planning, script development, caption creation, and video production workflows.
• Proven ability to independently produce 3-5 completed videos per week while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Demonstrated commitment to privacy, confidentiality, and compliance standards, including obtaining appropriate releases before filming individuals or protected information.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content within healthcare, wellness, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements or willingness to complete HIPAA training during onboarding.
• Basic graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Metricool, Buffer, Hootsuite, or comparable platforms.
• Ability to interpret content performance metrics, including views, watch time, reach, and engagement, and apply insights to future content strategies.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
