The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leadingcloud consulting company in Dallas, TX to hire an experienced WorkforceManagement Implementation Consultant to join a high-growth team focused on helpingorganizations improve their business through successful implementation ofcloud-based solutions.

Underthe direction of the Project Manager, the Implementation Consultant supportsthe full implementation lifecycle and may lead assigned project activitieswhile working closely with clients and project teams to ensure successfuldelivery.

WhatYou’ll Do

KeyResponsibilities

  • Developand execute implementation plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time,within budget, and maximize ROI
  • Managethe full implementation process, including client consultation, requirementsgathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment
  • Documentand validate client requirements and align them with Dayforce functionality
  • ConfigureDayforce to meet client business requirements
  • Conductconsulting sessions and document meeting outcomes
  • Participatein internal project meetings and provide updates on activities and deliverables
  • Applyfunctional and technical expertise across requirements, solution design,configuration, testing, training, and deployment
  • Adviseclients on best practices to maximize solution value and ROI
  • Collaboratewith project teams, internal partners, clients, and third parties to ensuresuccessful system implementation
  • Maintainthe integrity, accuracy, and ongoing maintenance of employee data
  • Auditdata and system modules as needed
  • Providefollow-up consulting and support within areas of expertise
  • DevelopSQL scripts and XML transformers for integrations and interfaces
  • Serveas a go-to resource for assigned functional areas
  • Guideclients in applying Organizational Readiness best practices for Dayforcerollout
  • Periodicallyreview policies and recommend best practices

What WeAre Looking For

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science
  • 5+ years of software implementation experience
  • SaaS/cloud computing and HRIS experience
  • Workforce Management experience preferred, including scheduling, timekeeping, position management, and organizational structure
  • Experience with Dayforce preferred; Salesforce, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, UKG, or Oracle HR/Payroll also considered
  • Experience implementing HRIS modules or similar end-to-end solutions
  • Knowledge of HCM business practices and business process mapping
  • Change management experience preferred
  • Proficiency in SQL and XML
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
