Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating Revenue Operations and Sales Operations projects that drive strategic business initiatives and operational efficiencies across the organization. This role serves as a key partner to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring projects are planned, executed, and delivered successfully while maintaining alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-directed project management professional who can effectively navigate complex initiatives, build strong stakeholder relationships, communicate project status to leadership, and drive projects to completion through influence rather than direct authority. This position requires a strong foundation in project management fundamentals, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage 2-3 concurrent projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business objectives.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements.

  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and cross-functional business teams to gather requirements, establish priorities, and drive project execution.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and provide proactive communication regarding project status, risks, and key milestones.

  • Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions to ensure alignment, accountability, and progress toward project objectives.

  • Identify project risks, obstacles, and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies to minimize business impact.

  • Create visibility into project progress through status reports, dashboards, and executive-level communications.

  • Manage project activities through influence, collaboration, and relationship-building rather than direct reporting authority.

  • Coordinate across functional teams, vendors, and business partners to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Monitor project performance and recommend process improvements that increase operational effectiveness and business outcomes.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the evolution of project management best practices

Qualifications

Education & Years of Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience ofhands-onprojectmanagementexperienceleadingbusiness,operational,processimprovement,orstrategicinitiatives

  • Experience supporting Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related corporate functions.

  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.

  • Experience building project plans, establishing milestones, tracking deliverables, and driving projects to successful completion.

  • Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. ​

Additional Experience

  • PMP certification is a plus but not required.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
  • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

$82,000 - $97,500 Salary
