About the Role We are seeking a Regional Director to support and grow a newly established market in Alabama. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for stabilizing and scaling multiple dental practices, partnering closely with doctors, and building the operational foundation for long-term growth. This role is ideal for a hands-on operator who thrives in dynamic environments, someone who can step into a new market, quickly assess opportunities, drive alignment, and lead teams through both stabilization and expansion. What You’ll Do Serve as a strategic partner to doctors, building strong, trust-based relationships and aligning on growth and performance goals Lead the stabilization and optimization of multiple practices, ensuring operational consistency and team alignment Coach and develop practice leaders, driving accountability, culture, and performance across locations Establish and execute quarterly strategic plans, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) including production, revenue, and profitability Provide hands-on operational support in the field, especially during the early phases of market development Support the integration of new practices, ensuring smooth onboarding and alignment with operational standards Identify opportunities for growth and scalability across the region, contributing to long-term market expansion Collaborate with leadership to evaluate performance, address gaps, and implement data-driven solutions Partner on hiring, onboarding, and team development to build strong, sustainable practice teams Where You’ll Be Based in Northern Alabama (Huntsville and surrounding areas) Significant in-market presence required, particularly in the first 3-6 months Ongoing travel within the region, with occasional overnight stays   Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with performance-based incentive opportunities Comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and additional voluntary benefits Why Join Us?
