The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leadingcloud consulting company in Dallas, TX, and we are seeking an experiencedClient Partner to serve as a key liaison between clients and the company’sconsulting, delivery, and leadership teams

The Client Partner owns the overall relationship,client experience, and success of an assigned portfolio of clients

Reporting to the Client Partner Lead, the ClientPartner develops a strong understanding of each client’s business priorities,Dayforce environment, services, challenges, and goals, ensuring the partnershipdelivers ongoing value as their needs evolve

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Experience

  • Serve as the primary liaison and relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of clients
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Understand client objectives, priorities, challenges, expectations, and Dayforce environment
  • Lead regular client meetings, account reviews, and relationship-focused discussions
  • Act as the client advocate internally, ensuring needs, concerns, commitments, and expectations are clearly communicated and addressed
  • Gather Voice of the Customer feedback and to identify changes in client sentiment
  • Maintainproactive, transparent communication during client concerns, delays, orchallenges

Portfolio & Client Health

  • Maintain visibility into client health,risks, priorities, opportunities, and key contract milestones across theportfolio
  • Monitor contracted hours, utilization,remaining hours, and ticket trends to identify concerns and opportunities
  • Proactively address blockers, concerns, identifyemerging client risks and escalate appropriately
  • Use dashboards, reports, and client data to proactively manage the portfolio

Strategic Client Engagement

  • Drive value-focused client conversations beyond tickets to outcomes, priorities, risks, and future needs
  • Lead meaningful account discussions around services, priorities, progress, and opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to improve adoption, optimize processes, address recurring challenges, or better leverage Dayforce
  • Understand upcoming client initiatives and organizational changes that may impact their Dayforce environment or company support needs
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts when deeper technical or functional expertise is needed
  • Ensure clients experience the company as a coordinated partner across services and teams

Growth & Opportunity Identification

  • Build knowledge of the Dayforce platformand key functional areas to recognize unmet client needs
  • Identify business challenges, plannedinitiatives, and capability gaps that may present growth opportunities
  • Partner with company and Dayforce resources onopportunities aligned with client needs and business value

Internal Collaboration & Escalation

  • Partner closely with Domain Directors, consultants, the Data Coordinator, service leaders, and leadership to understand client priorities and context
  • Maintain visibility into service delivery without managing day-to-day consultant work
  • Engage the appropriate Domain Director or service owner when delivery concerns, client commitments, or service issues require attention
  • Clearly communicate client needs, business impact, and relationship risks through established prioritization processes
  • Escalate critical or time-sensitive client concerns while maintaining ownership of client communication and confidence
  • Participate in portfolio and account reviews, contributing relevant client insights to planning and prioritization discussions
  • Remain professional, calm, and solution-focused during escalations and difficult client conversations
  • Ensure clients receive timely communication on significant concerns, commitments, and next steps

Customer Knowledge & Governance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clientinformation in designated systems and shared repositories
  • Document client priorities, risks,preferences, commitments, initiatives, and relevant relationship history
  • Maintain sufficient documentation tosupport continuity during absences or account transitions
  • Ensure relevant client context isaccessible to internal teams supporting the account
  • Follow established processes foronboarding, transitions, renewals, account reviews, sponsor engagement, anddocumentation

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in client relationshipmanagement, account management, customer success, consulting, or a relatedclient-facing role
  • Experience collaborating acrossfunctional teams and influencing outcomes without direct authority
  • Experience with Dayforce, HR technology,SaaS, or professional services highly preferred

  • Excellent communication, facilitation,presentation, and relationship management skills

  • Ability to identify trends, risks,opportunities, and client needs from operational information
  • Ability to develop working knowledge ofDayforce modules and connect client needs with appropriate internal resources
