Job summary:

The University Relations Lead is responsible for developing and executing Integrity's enterprise strategy for attracting, engaging, and hiring emerging talent. This role leads all aspects of university relations, internship recruiting, and New-to-Careers hiring initiatives, serving as the primary liaison between Integrity and educational institutions, community organizations, military transition programs, and workforce development partners.

As a strategic talent advisor, this individual builds sustainable talent pipelines that support current and future workforce needs while enhancing Integrity's employer brand. The role partners closely with business leaders, hiring managers, HR teams, and program stakeholders to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and drive successful hiring outcomes across internship and early-career programs.

Let’s talk job responsibilities:

University Relations & Talent Pipeline Strategy

· Develop and execute enterprise-wide university recruiting and early-career talent strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.

· Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, technical schools, student organizations, military transition offices, and workforce development programs.

· Identify and cultivate target schools and talent sources to build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines.

· Serve as Integrity's primary representative at career fairs, campus events, networking functions, classroom presentations, and industry conferences.

· Develop annual campus engagement plans, recruiting calendars, and hiring strategies to support internship and New-to-Careers hiring goals.

· Collaborate with Marketing and People & Culture teams to strengthen Integrity's employer brand and campus presence.

Internship & New-to-Careers Recruiting

· Lead full-cycle recruiting activities for internship, apprenticeship, and New-to-Careers programs.

· Partner with hiring managers and program leaders to forecast talent needs and align recruiting efforts with workforce plans.

· Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-potential students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals.

· Manage candidate engagement and communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.

· Facilitate interview processes, selection decisions, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.

· Build talent communities and maintain relationships with prospective candidates for future hiring needs.

Program Leadership & Stakeholder Partnership

· Partner closely with Program Managers, business leaders, hiring managers, and People & Culture partners to drive program success and hiring outcomes.

· Serve as a trusted advisor by providing labor market insights, recruiting trends, and talent acquisition recommendations.

· Influence stakeholders through data-driven decision making and proactive workforce planning.

· Support continuous improvement efforts that enhance recruiting effectiveness, candidate quality, and operational scalability.

· Promote equitable and inclusive recruiting practices across all early-career talent programs.

Analytics & Operational Excellence

· Monitor and analyze recruiting funnel metrics, conversion rates, source effectiveness, diversity outcomes, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire.

· Develop regular reporting and actionable insights for Talent Acquisition leadership and business stakeholders.

· Manage relationships with external vendors, university partners, and recruiting technology providers.

· Ensure compliance with recruiting policies, employment regulations, and university partnership requirements.

· Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting processes, technology utilization, and program performance.

Your experience and skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

· 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting early-career, university, or high-volume hiring initiatives.

· 3+ years of experience managing university recruiting, internship, or emerging talent programs.

· Demonstrated success building and maintaining strategic relationships with universities, community organizations, and workforce development partners.

· Experience planning and executing recruiting events, career fairs, networking programs, and talent engagement initiatives.

· Strong consultative, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

· Excellent presentation, communication, and project management capabilities.

· Experience leveraging applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate recruiting data into actionable insights.

· Experience recruiting within insurance, financial services, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries a plus.
