Compensation: $17.00/hr

 

How do our Kiosk Agents Drive Impact?

Our Kiosk Agents are the first friendly face customers see when they come in to rent a car.  Some of the responsibilities would include:

  • Check returning vehicles for gas levels, damage and/or preventative maintenance or grounding
  • Advise and review rental charges and provide an accurate receipt
  • Inquire about service, satisfaction and document dissatisfaction
  • Keep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow

We're Looking For:

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours
