Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. QualificationsWhat You’ll Do Th Life Enrichment Leader will lead the planning and daily implementation of a well-rounded activity program that supports residents’ intellectual, social, spiritual, creative, and physical well-being through both group and individual engagement. You’ll collaborate with residents, families, volunteers, and team members across departments to create meaningful experiences, maintain activity calendars and displays, and foster a warm, engaging environment throughout the community. You will also support program quality and compliance by assisting with documentation, budgeting, regulatory standards, and communication with leadership regarding resident needs, program updates, and opportunities for improvement.
