THE TYPE OF TITLE SPECIALIST WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of experience in a dealer and/or DMV title department, tag agency, compliance, administrative quality control, or similar role
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Outlook, and point-of-sale systems
• Ability to interact effectively via telephone and email
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills
• Strong interpersonal, active listening, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities

Bilingual in Spanish/English, along with experience working in a tag and title office, placing liens, researching state-specific requirements, and supporting compliance initiatives in a fast-paced environment are preferred.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR TITLE SPECIALIST

This is a full-time position with working hours generally between 8:30 AM and 6 PM Monday through Friday.

In this role, you'll review vehicle titles for accuracy, verify VIN numbers, odometer readings, and lien releases, ensure proper lien placement, research title and filing requirements across multiple states, and communicate with agencies to obtain critical information. You'll also assist with payoffs, insurance claims, repossessions, charge-offs, underwriting support, new loan closings, and internal audits.
