Your Key Responsibilities

Training will be provided on 1st shift. After training has been completed, employee will move to 2nd shift 

  • Operate machinery and tools to set up production equipment. Ensure the correct configuration and calibration of machines. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.
  • Set up and/ or program the operating machine and check accuracy and effectiveness in test sequences.
  • Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Cooperate with maintenance staff, if necessary.
  • Check finished product/product component and submit for approval.
  • Ability to train others.

Your Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent 
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions write clear communication in English 
  • Ability to operate complex machinery in a manufacturing environment 
  • Good visual acuity 
  • Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required 
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship 
  • This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
