Danbury Volkswagen is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused BDC / Cashier to join our team!

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming first impression
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Assist the Business Development Center (BDC) with customer follow-up and communication
• Process customer payments and handle cashier responsibilities accurately
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction records
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to help deliver an excellent customer experience
• Perform other dealership administrative and customer-service duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and dependable attitude
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable handling phone calls, payments, and customer information
• Basic computer skills
• Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
• Previous cashier, receptionist, BDC, customer service, or administrative experience is helpful
