Automotive BDC Representative

Pay: $18.00 per hour | Full-Time

Danbury Audi is looking for a motivated, customer-focused BDC Representative to join our team. The BDC Representative is responsible for connecting with customers through phone, text, email, and other communication channels to schedule appointments and help create an exceptional dealership experience.

What You'll Do

• Respond promptly to internet, phone, and other customer inquiries
• Contact prospective and existing customers by phone, text, and email
• Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments
• Follow up with customers and maintain consistent communication
• Provide accurate information about dealership products, services, and appointment options
• Record customer interactions and follow-up activities in the dealership CRM
• Work closely with the Sales and Service teams to help meet appointment and customer-experience goals
• Deliver professional, friendly, and courteous customer service
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer-service skills
• Professional and friendly telephone manner
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customer interactions
• Comfortable working with computers, email, CRM systems, and other technology
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Previous automotive, BDC, call center, sales, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required

Schedule

This is a full-time position. The BDC operates within dealership business hours, and candidates should be available to work a schedule that may include weekends.
