Oversee and manage all service department operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, efficient workflows, and profitability for Georgica Auto Holdings.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Manage and supervise service department staff, including technicians and service advisors, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, service quality, and departmental efficiency.
* Monitor and analyze service department performance metrics, including revenue, expenses, and customer feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant automotive industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
* Oversee parts ordering, inventory management, and warranty claim processing.
* Train and mentor service staff on new technologies, repair procedures, and customer service best practices.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and parts, to optimize overall dealership operations.
* Prepare and manage service department budgets and forecasts.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Job Qualifications:**

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service management or a related leadership role.
* Proven track record of success in achieving customer satisfaction and departmental profitability goals.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Thorough understanding of automotive repair and maintenance procedures, including diagnostic tools and equipment.
* Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and service scheduling software.
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
* ASE certifications are a plus.
* High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in automotive technology or business administration preferred.
