About the Role:

As a Banquet Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of various events and functions hosted by our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet services, contributing to a seamless experience for our guests. You will work closely with the event management team to understand the specific requirements of each event, ensuring that all aspects of service meet our high standards. This position requires a strong focus on teamwork, as you will collaborate with other crew members to deliver exceptional service. Ultimately, your efforts will help create memorable experiences for our clients and their guests, reflecting positively on our brand and reputation. Pay is 4.25 per hour plus service charges and gratuities - most of the team earn an average of $20-$25 per hour!

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in food safety or hospitality management.
• Experience working in a banquet or catering environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet tables, chairs, and decorations according to event specifications.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas throughout the event, including replenishing supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest requests or concerns promptly.
• Participate in pre-event meetings to understand the event flow and specific duties assigned for each function.
• set-up and breakdown of events including transportation of tables, chairs, coolers, etc.  

Skills:
