Enjoy meeting new people, making connections, and working in an active sports environment? The Picklr is hiring full-time and part-time team members to welcome guests, grow memberships, and help deliver an outstanding indoor pickleball experience.

Pay & Perks

• $18/hour base rate, plus unlimited commissions on memberships, merchandise, and events.

What You'll Do

• Welcome members and guests, manage check-ins, and provide friendly, professional front desk service.

• Lead club tours, explain membership options, and help prospective members find the right fit.

• Drive membership, merchandise, and event sales through helpful, engaging conversations.

• Answer questions, process payments, and operate point-of-sale systems.

• Assist with court reservations and registration for leagues, clinics, lessons, and tournaments.

• Support pro shop sales, merchandise displays, and inventory restocking.

• Keep courts, common areas, and food and beverage spaces clean and organized.

• Build relationships with members and support a welcoming club community.

Who We're Looking For

You're dependable, personable, and comfortable starting conversations. You enjoy helping customers, working toward sales goals, and contributing to a team. You take initiative, communicate clearly, and stay organized when the club gets busy.

Customer service, retail, hospitality, front desk, or sales experience is helpful, but experience is not required. We value a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Applicants must have late-afternoon and weekend availability.
