Food Server Banquet

The Banquet Food Server is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests during banquet and catering events. This role delivers food and beverage service in a variety of formats and may assist with event setup and breakdown as needed. A strong commitment to professionalism, efficiency, and guest satisfaction is essential.

• Ensure efficient and smooth service of guests in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide food and beverage service in various banquet formats and setups.

• Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet and catering functions as needed.

• Maintain knowledge of company policies and local ordinances related to alcohol service.

• Answer guest questions and resolve service‑related concerns.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Uphold the highest level of integrity and meet standards required by a regulated business.

Responsibilities

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods

• Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and lifting

• Ability to work in environments with smoke, variable temperatures, lighting, and noise levels

Qualifications

• Ability to perform duties under frequent time pressures in a fast‑paced, interruptive environment

• Prior banquet or hospitality experience preferred

• High school diploma or GED preferred

Hourly Rate: $6.13 per hour
