Position Summary

Tomanage and oversee all camp operations, accommodation facilities, cateringservices, housekeeping, maintenance, security, transportation, and employeewelfare activities to ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable livingenvironment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

1.      Camp OperationsManagement

·       Oversee the day-to-dayoperations of the camp facility.

·       Ensure camp facilitiesare maintained in a clean, safe, and functional condition.

·       Coordinateaccommodation allocation and room occupancy management.

·       Maintain accurate campoccupancy records.

 

2.      Employee Welfare,Transportation and Accommodation

·       Ensure employees areprovided with suitable accommodation and welfare facilities and properscheduling.

·       Address employeeconcerns related to camp living conditions.

·       Promote employeewell-being and a positive camp environment.

·       Ensure thattransportation for the employees and workers is provided, convenient, safe andon time.

 

3.      Catering and FoodServices

·       Supervise cateringservice providers and food quality standards.

·       Ensure meals areprepared and served according to agreed standards and timeliness.

·       Monitor food hygieneand compliance with health regulations.

·       Ensure regularevaluation of the food service providers.

 

4.      Health, Safety, andSecurity

·       Ensure compliance withcompany HSE policies and procedures in coordination with HSE team.

·       Conduct regularinspections of camp facilities.

·       Coordinate emergencypreparedness and response activities.

·       Monitor securityarrangements and access control measures in coordination with the Security Agency.

 

5.      Housekeeping andMaintenance

·       Supervise properhousekeeping and quality cleaning services.

·       Coordinate preventiveand corrective maintenance of camp infrastructure.

·       Ensure adequateutilities including water, electricity, sanitation, and waste management.

·       Ensure cleanliness,sanitation and orderliness of the company facilities.

 

6.      Budget and Cost Control

·       Monitor campoperational expenses and budgets.

·       Control costs whilemaintaining service quality.

·       Verify supplierinvoices and service delivery.

 

7.      Contractor and VendorManagement

·       Manage relationshipswith service providers and contractors.

·       Monitor contractorperformance against service agreements based on agreed standards.

·       Ensure compliance withcontractual obligations.

 

Administrationand Reporting

·       Prepare camp occupancyand operational reports.

·       Maintain recordsrelating to accommodation, assets, incidents, and maintenance.

Provide regular updates to management on campperformance and challenges

Requirements

Education

·       Bachelor's Degree orDiploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, FacilitiesManagement, Logistics, Human Resources, or a related field.

·       Additional training inHealth & Safety is an added advantage.

Experience

·       Minimum of 3–5 years ofexperience in camp management, hospitality, facilities management,administration, or a similar operational role.

·       Experience managingremote-site camps, agricultural camps, mining camps, construction camps, orindustrial accommodation facilities is highly desirable.
