Baridi Baridi TanzaniaLtd. (Baridi Baridi) is a joint venture company of Daikin Industries Ltd., aglobal No.1 air-conditioning company, and WASSHA Inc., an international companyfrom Japan dealing with lantern renting service.

Baridi Baridi is carryingon business of leasing air conditioners to end users, by renting airconditioners to small-mid-size shops and residentials with our new technologyof paying and switching on/off AC with a smartphone. 

We begin our operation inApril this year of 2021, so we are looking for new colleagues with whom we candevelop our business together from Tanzania to all over African countries soon.

Currently we are lookingfor highly motivated and qualified Call center Intern that will be the liaisonbetween our company and its current and potential customers so that we canoffer our new services to the customers for their better and more comfortablelives.

Job Duties

• Managing large amounts of incoming andoutgoing calls in a timely manner
  
• Management and resolving customer complaints.
  
• Following call center “scripts” when handlingdifferent topics.
  
• Identifying customers’ needs, clarifyinginformation, researching every issue and providing solutions.
  
• Build sustainable relationships and engagecustomers by taking the extra mile.
  
• Keep records of all conversations in ourcustomer success database in a comprehensible way.
  
• Perform any other duties assigned by thesupervisor.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in customer care service orrelevant field.
  
• Fresh from school will be acceptable orexperienced in customer support role
  
• Self-motivated with a results-drivenapproach.
  
• Strong phone and verbal communication skillsalong with active listening
  
• Customer focus and adaptability to differentpersonality types
  
• Familiarity with customer relation management(CRM) systems and practices.
  
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities andmanage time effectively.
  
• Charming and able to convince customers touse our service.
  
• Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
