Job Purpose
The Site Supervisorwill be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring that allactivities are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to companystandards. The role involves managing site staff, ensuring availability of workequipment, monitoring attendance and work progress, and coordinating timelyinvoicing and reporting.
KEY DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES.
· Superviseand coordinate site staff to ensure smooth operations and productivity.
· Handlestaff recruitment to ensure adequate manpower at all times.
· Ensurethat all employees receive the necessary work tools and Personal ProtectiveEquipment (PPE) promptly.
· Monitordaily attendance and track work volumes to maintain accurate records.
· Preparebilling summaries and ensure that invoices are sent to clients on time.
· Maintaina safe and organized work environment in line with company policies and safetystandards.
· Report any operational challenges orincidents to management promptly.
Requirements
MANDATORYREQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCEAND QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualifications:
· Diplomain any field (preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a relateddiscipline).
· Computerliteracy, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other basic officeapplications.
· Strongleadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience:
· 1–2years of experience in a supervisory or site management role.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse team.
