RN Supervisor

Job Details: Job Location: AL - Oakwood - Davenport , IA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Category: Health Care, The RN Nursing Supervisor provides clinical leadership and day-to-day supervision of resident care and direct-care staff at Oakwood Assisted Living and Gardens Memory Care. This position works closely with the Director of Assisted Living and LPN Nurse Supervisor to ensure safe, person-centered care that meets resident service plans, provider orders, applicable regulations, and Ridgecrest Village policies.The RN Nursing Supervisor serves as a clinical resource for residents, families, and staff and is responsible for clinical direction, RN delegation, staff competency, education, care planning, and follow-up on changes in resident condition.  Qualifications: Required: Current, unrestricted Iowa RN license. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current CPR certification or ability to obtain. Nursing experience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, skilled nursing, home health, hospital, or related healthcare setting. Strong clinical assessment, judgment, communication, organization, and leadership skills. Ability to provide clinical supervision, delegation, coaching, and staff education. Willingness to participate in RN on-call rotation and occasional weekend/holiday coverage.Preferred: Assisted living or memory care experience. Supervisory or charge nurse experience. Experience with nurse delegation, service planning, and staff competency training.
