This position requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to manage competing priorities.The Scheduler / Medication Manager plays an important role in ensuring appropriate staffing coverage and supporting the safe delivery of resident care. The employee is expected to demonstrate accountability, professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to resident safety and quality of life. Qualifications: Medication Manager Certificate. High school graduate or GED equivalent. Functional literacy in English. Complete familiarity with the duties of a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Medication Aide is required. Must meet all applicable requirements to perform Medication Manager duties in an assisted living setting.
