Tell me more about this role, what would I be doing?

SUMMARY:

The Quality Control Associate is responsible for re-audit of the completed reviews performed by the Quality Assurance Team(s) to ensure consistency within the QA function. Key elements are reviewed from the document image and/or report compared to the updates in IIM.

Essential Duties and Functions include the following:

.     Must have a clear understanding of all insurance processes

.     Must understand the clients business rules

.     Understanding of insurance documents and the lender placed process

.     Understanding of procedures to ensure information is updated accurately and production metrics are reached

.     Compile and document discrepancies to be used for training and trend analysis

.     Identify error trends within processes and report to leadership

.     Attention to detail

.     Ability to prioritize workflow and work in a fast paced environment

.     Works well in a team environment

.     Perform additional duties as necessary

.    Quality control—the individual demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, and monitors own work to ensure quality.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Required:

.     High School Diploma; or equivalent work experience helpful

.     Strong organizational and analytical skills

.     Proficient in Windows based environment – specifically Word, Excel, and Access

.     Quality/Production must meet or exceed standards

.     Attendance, professionalism and a positive attitude must be maintained

.     Quality and insurance experience helpful

.     Mortgage servicing, customer service, data entry experience a plus

Physical Requirements Necessary on a Regular Basis:

Repetitive motion. Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse and telephone 7-8 hours per day. Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communication 7-8 hours per day. Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor. Sedentary work. Ability to sit at a desk 7-8 hours per day. Worker not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions

Pay Ranges:

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including skills, experience, work location and more.  We offer competitive pay while still allowing for compensation growth within the position and company.

Pay Range

16 - 17 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
