Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out processes Make reservations and issue room keys Answer guest questions and provide information about hotel services and local attractions Process payments, post charges, and maintain accurate records Coordinate transportation and assist with guest requests Protect guest privacy and maintain security standards Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and professional Complete reports as needed and support daily hotel operations Follow uniform and appearance standards Perform other duties as assigned Join our team and help create memorable guest experiences while building a rewarding career with Four Points by Sheraton Deadwood.   QualificationsWe're looking for a friendly, dependable professional who enjoys helping guests and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
