The Advance Driver Assistance Technology (ADAS) team develops state-of-the-art software and algorithms to deliver best-in-class features like adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, and 360 camera systems. ADAS also developed Ford's industry-first Pro Trailer Hitch Assist, securing over 60 patents in the process. The team is responsible for the full end-to-end delivery of these features into production on all Ford vehicle lines.

 

Ford is seeking a Program & Quality Lead to own end-to-end sign-off for ADAS Rearview Camera (RVC) systems across all FNA programs at FDJ, FEC, and MP1. This role is central to ensuring continued and improving FMVSS111 Rearview Camera compliance, while also driving quality and warranty improvements. The ideal candidate is a cross-functional leader who can coordinate across multiple internal ADAS teams and other partner organizations in Ford, translate field learnings into roadmap decisions, and maintain rigorous engineering discipline throughout the development lifecycle.
