As the 6 Cylinder Engine Propulsion Manager, you will lead the design, engineering, and delivery of world-class propulsion systems—encompassing the engine, air induction, and exhaust. You will be responsible for ensuring your team meets rigorous attribute targets and program timelines, driving the hardware excellence that defines Ford’s global powertrain standards.
