The position involves assessing project safety plans and developing a FuSa Health Dashboard.
You will collaborate with Ford Connected Vehicle Software, Product Data Integrity, and supplier engineering teams to identify gaps in safety-related processes and work products.
The role includes developing a capability maturity plan in partnership with engineering stakeholders.
You will report directly to the Director of the Office of Functional Safety Assurance (OFSA).
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience, with a salary range of $100,000 to $120,000.

You will assess project safety plans and their work products to develop a FuSa Health Dashboard.

You will work with Ford Connected Vehicle Software and Product Data Integrity, and supplier engineering teams to identify safety related process and work product gaps and recommend best practice solutions.

You will develop a capability maturity plan working with engineering stakeholders.

You will report to the Director of the Office of Functional Safety Assurance (OFSA).
