We are seeking an Oracle HCM Configuration Analyst to join our global HR Technology team.
This position is responsible for the configuration and support of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) across multiple countries.
The ideal candidate should possess a combination of technical and functional skills, including experience with Oracle Verified Integrations (OVI) and Fast Formulas.
You will collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate their requirements into functional solutions that integrate seamlessly with Core HR.
A minimum of 3 years of experience is required for this role, with a competitive salary offered based on experience.
