Job DetailsJob Location: Dearborn, MI 48120Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00Job Shift: AnySite Manager Sharonville, OH – Livonia, MI – Dearborn, MI Job Description Who We Are: We are a family-owned business that supplies cutting tools, abrasives, and other manufacturing supplies to aerospace, defense and automotive customers.  Founded in 1958, we are the largest cutting tool reconditioning firm in North America.  We are committed to providing quality products and outstanding service, supported by the uncompromising dedication of our employees. This position will be based on-site at one of our major automotive manufacturing customers' facilities. Openings are currently available in Sharonville, OH, Livonia, MI, and Dearborn, MI. Applicants will be considered for the location they select during the application process. If you have:  Experience interacting with and presenting to high-level customer contacts Experience in contract compliance Excellent customer service Experience with purchasing and ERP systems Inventory management experience Strong knowledge of windows-based operating system and software Strong written and oral communication skills Superior project management skills Experience working with and managing cross functional teams Technical knowledge of cutting tools and MRO products Demonstrated experience driving results and accountability Time management skills Ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation  A typical day may look like this:  Oversee all site operations Address customer concerns in a timely manner Ensure employees are properly trained and working safely Extensive interaction with staff i.e., scheduling, problem solving and evaluating performance Interact with receiving personnel regarding incoming deliveries Investigate inventory discrepancies Report any pertinent issues to the USTG Account Manager Interact with customer and suppliers regarding project management Participate in Cost Savings Program Manage inventory Assist with developing quotes as needed Manage customer reports- development, distribution, accuracy. Attend regularly scheduled meetings with customer. Other duties assigned 80% Walking/Standing 20% Sitting Lifting up to 50 lbs.
