Titan Security is hiring Security Dispatchers, Gate officers, and Patrol Officers in the Dearborn, Michigan area.

Duties for Dispatchers may include:

Monitor CCTV Camera System
Dispatch Patrol Officers to Locations.
Answer Regular phones and Emergency phones.
Monitor Alarm Panels.
Respond to Radio calls.
Write reports.
Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information.

Duties for Security Officers may include:

Control access to the plant through gate operations, verifying credentials of employees, contractors, and visitors.
Checking Vehicle Passes to make sure the vehicles are allowed on property.
Checking Semi Trucks paperwork and directing them to the proper Gate.
Understanding Marsec (Maritime Security) Procedures.
Conduct Marsec Vehicle inspections.
Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a valid driver's license
High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Previous experience in security is preferred
