Job Description

  1. Source and procure finished products impurities reagents chemicals and reference standards

  2. Identify and evaluate domestic suppliers for approved purchase categories within India

  3. Identify and coordinate overseas suppliers for imported chemicals and reference standards

  4. Obtain compile and validate vendor quotations for technical commercial evaluation

  5. Prepare purchase comparisons cost sheets and sourcing recommendation documentation

  6. Coordinate supplier onboarding documentation compliance and qualification requirements

  7. Support purchase order preparation issuance and execution coordination activities

  8. Track supplier delivery timelines quality documentation and order completion status

  9. Maintain approved supplier master records pricing and regulatory documentation

  10. Prepare RFQ quote comparisons and present consolidated data for approval



Requirements

Requirements

  1. Graduate qualification mandatory for pharmaceutical and chemical purchase role eligibility

  2. Supply chain chemistry or pharmacy background preferred for functional alignment

  3. Three to five years experience in regulated pharmaceutical procurement roles

  4. Familiarity with domestic and import purchase documentation requirements

  5. Strong follow up skills documentation discipline and execution focus
