Purpose/Objective of the Role: 

  • To assist Academic Assistant and Faculty with operations of the department and preparation for classes

 

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Check Mail/duplicating
  • Update website and lobby bulletin boards
  • Create and post flyers for upcoming events, attend events
  • Answer visitor questions and provide building directions 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Canva experience for making flyers and other documents
  • General office skills

NOTE:
