Student Worker - Media Services Student Assistant


Number of Openings: 4


Purpose/Objective of the Role: 

Media Services Student Assistants help with the daily operations of the Media Services department.

 

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Duties include: 

  • Assisting with the setup and operation of sound and projection equipment 
  • Assignments that include video projects as well as technical assistance at campus events 
  • Additional special assignments as needed

 

Qualifications/Skills: 

  • Dependability
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • General knowledge of basic presentation equipment and applications, cameras, and video editing
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying responsibilities based on daily needs
  • Ability to work some evening and weekend hours as well as regular business hours
