🌟 We’re Hiring!Â
We are currently looking to fill a full-time position for a Site Manager in our Operations Department at our Delta facility.
What You'll Do (Job Specific Tasks):
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Operations Leadership
Oversee all daily site operations, including packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory flow
Ensure execution of production plans and alignment with demand requirements
Drive throughput, efficiency, and on-time order fulfillment
Scope & Impact
Direct responsibility for site-level operational performance
Leadership of managers, supervisors, leads, and frontline teams
High cross-functional influence across logistics, commodities, and planning
Direct impact on cost, service, and profitability
Performance Management
Implement and manage KPIs and OEE tracking
Monitor and improve: Pack yield (giveaway reduction), Labor efficiency, Downtime and line performance
Lead daily/weekly performance reviews and corrective actions
Labor & Workforce Management
Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and line balancing
Drive productivity and accountability across supervisors and leads
Support training, development, and performance management
Quality & Compliance
Ensure adherence to product specifications, food safety, and quality standards
Partner with QA and commodities teams to resolve quality issues
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company requirements
Maintenance & Reliability
Support and enforce preventative maintenance programs
Maintain the building and ensure adequate security preventive maintenance programs are completed
Ensure property is clean and well maintained
Minimize downtime through coordination with maintenance teams
Ensure equipment readiness and operational stability
Train and hold team accountable to use equipment properly to minimize property damage
Cross-Functional Coordination
 Partner with: Logistics (shipping, transportation, PO/TO flow), Commodities (pack plans, product flow, quality), Planning and Sales teams
Drive alignment and accountability across departments
Planning & Execution
Responsible for budgeting requirements specific to the location
Execute structured production planning (e.g., 3-day pack plan)
Adjust operations based on demand, supply, and constraints
Ensure smooth communication of priorities across shifts
Continuous Improvement
Lead initiatives focused on: Process standardization (5S, standard work), Waste reduction, Automation and reporting improvements
Identify and implement operational improvements
Leadership & Culture
Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team of managers, supervisors, leads, and frontline employees, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, engagement, solutions-focused problem-solving and continuous improvement across the site.
Hold managers and supervisors accountable for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, succession planning, and building a skilled, engaged, and scalable workforce to support current operations and future growth.

GeneralÂ
Must comply with all Health and Safety, Food Safety, Bio Security, and Nature Fresh Policies and Procedures.

What You Bring (Qualifications):
5–10+ years of experience in:
Distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing operations
Preferably in food, produce, or perishable goods
Proven leadership of large teams in fast-paced environments
Strong understanding of:
Operational KPIs and performance management
Labor planning and efficiency
Food safety / quality standards (preferred)
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, etc.)
Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills
High degree of confidentiality and integrity required regarding all aspects of the business.
What To Expect (Working Conditions & Physical Requirements):Â
Fast paced warehouse environment where temperatures vary from cooler to temperature-controlled areas.
Working with a wide array of people/cultures in a team setting.Â
Works Monday through Friday, with Saturdays or holidays when required.Â
