Description

At Punch Bowl Social we are always looking for energetic, hospitality-driven Team Members to join our growing team across Front of House and Back of House operations. Whether creating memorable guest experiences in the dining room or supporting exceptional execution behind the scenes, Team Members play a critical role in delivering outstanding hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence.

This general application may be considered for a variety of positions including server, bartender, dining host, activities host, guest ambassadors, line cook, prep cook, and dishwasher.

Guest Experience & Hospitality

• Deliver exceptional hospitality and create positive guest experiences 
• Maintain a welcoming, energetic, and professional attitude 
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously 
• Support brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout guest-facing and work areas 

Operational Execution

• Follow company procedures, recipes, safety standards, and operational guidelines 
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment 
• Support opening, shift-change, and closing responsibilities 
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and workplace safety standards 
• Properly use and maintain company equipment and tools 

Teamwork & Communication

• Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH teams to support smooth operations 
• Communicate effectively with managers and fellow Team Members 
• Support teammates during peak business periods 
• Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and professionalism 

Qualifications

• Hospitality, restaurant, entertainment, or customer service experience preferred 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred 
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout scheduled shifts 
• Must meet any applicable age or certification requirements for position and location
