Make a real difference behind the scenes in patient care
At Action Seating & Mobility, our team helps patients regain independence through customized mobility equipment. The Action Care Coordinator (ACC) plays a critical role in making that happen by coordinating documentation, referrals, and communication between providers, therapists, insurers, and patients.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in:

insurance verification workflows
If you’ve supported complex healthcare paperwork or multi-step patient processes, this position is a strong match.

- Communicating with ATPs, clinicians, billing teams, and patientsÂ
- Maintaining accurate workflow tracking logsÂ
- Supporting audit-ready patient records (HIPAA compliant)Â
