This role is vital in supporting patients receiving home infusion therapy and ensuring smooth coordination between pharmacy vendors, nursing staff, and patients. Primary Responsibilities: Accept and process new patient referrals from various vendors Schedule home infusion visits and maintain accurate records in the scheduling system Communicate with pharmacy vendors and nursing staff regarding patient care, supply needs, and scheduling updates Support overall patient care coordination with professionalism and attention to detail Work Schedule: Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Qualifications
