Job Details: Job Location: Little Kickers Swim School - Denver, CO, Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time, Salary Range: $25.00 - $50.00Hourly, Qualifications:  Level 1: Trainee InstructorPay Rate: $25/hourEntry-level position for all new hires during onboarding and training. Trainees work under supervision and must demonstrate competency before advancement. Trainees move out of this level as soon as all requirements have been met.Must Complete: Minimum of 12 hours of shadowing Full onboarding process completed including: Meeting with Director of Client Operations (customer service) Meeting with Director of Facility (facility procedures) After training, a coaching evaluation will be completed by a Director of Aquatics to determine readiness to advance from Level 1 Must achieve a coaching evaluation score of 3.5 or higher across all age groups (babies, toddlers, strokes) Coaches scoring below 3.5 will remain at the trainee level for an additional 10 hours of focused development
