Job DetailsJob Location: Denver - Denver, CO 80202Salary Range: $66,000.00 - $79,000.00 Salarychfa job description position Commercial Loan Specialist II classification Non – Exempt division/department Community Development, Commerical Operations & Underwriting location Denver, Colorado position type Full-Time hiring range $66,000 - $79,000      nature of position This position will be responsible for supporting community development lending activities that include; oversight of construction loan draw submittals and approvals, Davis Bacon wage determinations and compliance, and primary support for the State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) and other Business Finance lending programs. Track construction draw progress relative to the overall budget, verify receipt of appropriate lien waivers, and obtain necessary approvals for funding. Verification of appropriate Davis Bacon wage determinations and ongoing payroll compliance reviews Prepare and submit Davis Bacon semi-annual report to HUD Work directly with lending partners to setup bank accounts for the various SSBCI programs and loans Fund new Cash Collateral Support loans and track balances of outgoing and incoming funds from the SSBCI account Prepare and submit quarterly and annual reports to the State and Federal government. Participate in and contribute to all activities and/or projects that directly support CHFA in fulfilling its mission and achieving its vision through dedication to the community in which CHFA serves, operational excellence, and fiscal responsibility Oversight of other special projects and perform all other duties as assigned knowledge, skills, and ability Must possess: Review borrower generated construction draw submittals for completeness and accuracy.
