The role you’ll contribute:
Responsible for providing leadership and accountability in the strategic and daily operations of the clinical service. This position develops and maintains excellent physician and associate relations and is accountable for the quality of patient care provided by the nursing service. In addition, this position plans, organizes, directs, and evaluates all functions of the service, including quality, administrative, and financial outcomes. Additionally, this role oversees the delivery of patient care and establishes standards of nursing practice for the service. Responsibilities for this role include supporting activities, structures, and processes that promote an optimal work environment for professional nurses and inter-professional members. The role contributes to the organization's journey to excellence in patient care and work environment, aligned with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Magnet and Pathway to Excellence programs.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Required qualifications:
Bachelors graduated from an accredited school of BSN required only if master’s degree is not in nursing.
Masters of Nursing
4+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience
Nursing Specialty Certification
 Registered Nurse (RN)
