Leasing Representative

We’re looking for a Leasing Representative who knows how to turn a tour into a “Where do I sign?” moment. If you can connect with people, close the deal, and keep the experience strong from first impression to move-in day, you’ll fit right in.

This role is all about creating standout experiences showing apartments, guiding applicants through the process, and making residents feel at home before they even unpack.

What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years of leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality experience

• Strong communication (you know how to read the room and lead the conversation)

• Knowledge of Fair Housing

•A quick learner with a “figure it out” mindset

• Must have a valid driver's license

• Weekend availability (with flexibility during the week)
