Overview

The Senior Staffing Specialist will provide full range of federal civilian staffing and placement duties to include determining assessment methods, developing job analyses, building vacancy announcements in the USA Staffing system, assessing candidate qualifications, and issuing referral lists.

 

Note** This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build vacancy announcements in USA Staffing system
  • Assess candidate qualifications
  • Issue Referral lists
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 7 years Federal Civilian Staffing
  • Public Trust Clearance
  • USA Staffing system
  • Experience/demonstrates thorough knowledge of laws, statutes, and regulations of Title 5
  • Ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated experience with Federal reduction in force and workforce reshaping efforts
  • Experience in applying 5 C.F.R. Part 351.

Certifications

  • DEU - Delegated Examining Unit certification
