As a superintendent you’ll be getting in the field, solving problems, collaborating with a skilled team, and working directly with our clientele.
Job Details
· Work cooperatively with our design/sales team and Project Manager.
· Manage customer service on all assigned projects.
· Communicate with our homeowners and perform site visits daily.
· Manage all project timelines and project profitability.
· Schedule trade partners for each project, completing walk through, snap layouts and daily clean up.
· Coordinate and update trade partners.
· Communicate and administer change orders.
· Collect all assigned scheduled payments and change order payments.
· Troubleshooting, walking through, and resolving any issues that arise.
Salary Range
75,000 – 95,000 + Bonuses and Vehicle Allowance

Requirements
· Successful candidates will possess 2 plus year(s) of residential remodeling construction experience.
· Excel knowledge and other Microsoft familiarity required.
· Experience with customer service and conflict management.
· Estimating experience preferred.
· A Construction Management degree is preferred.
· Experience with customer service and conflict management.
· An unstoppable growth mindset, that owns results, places team first, and speaks as a creator.
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
· Must have driver’s license and access to your own vehicle.
