In-Seat Runner

Responsibilities:

The In Seat Server position provides exceptional guest service while working collectively and cooperatively in the In-Seat environment during Nuggets games.

•Ability to interact with guests in order to assure guest satisfaction delivering food ordered from the application for the first 16 rows
•Provide our guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed their expectations, card every guest, every time.
•Run to guest seats (up and down stairs during the game) the preordered food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer.
•Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within stadium.
•Support the service staff by helping role silverware prior ot doors opening.
•Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned including putting out QR codes on all seats.
•Must be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the stadium.

Qualifications:

•All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
•Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.
•Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, alcohol service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
•Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting.
•Must be able to read, speak and write English Language in order to communicate with guests while carding every transaction.
•Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds and carry trays full of up to 10 beverages and food, while negotiating walking guests and cheering crowds, stairs to get to the rows, and around seating. 
•Ability to work all seasonal Nuggets events, including:  nights, weekends, and holidays.
•Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including: constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time. Deliveries are in the first 16 rows in the arena, up and down the stairs into the stands, and must be able to move between guest seating areas, and up and down stairs for each delivery.
•Must have two(2) to three(3) years working in a fast paced high-end club, catering or restaurant and be available for 65% of all Nuggets games on the schedule.

Practice safe work habits, card every alcohol transaction, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.

This is a position that is part of a tip pool and pays tipped minimum wage $16.27
