Overview

Senior Human Resources Employee Benefits & Retirement Specialist will interpret and apply employee benefit practices, policies, laws and regulations to research and resolve complex federal employee benefits issues and problems.

Note** This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients.

Responsibilities

Independently completing analysis and reconciling discrepancies or inconsistencies on benefits and creditable retirement service
Provide guidance on the full range of employee benefit programs including retirement.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

7 years experience Federal Retirement and Counseling
FERS/CSRS experience
Public Trust Clearance
