Join our team and provide exceptional direct nursing care in a supportive SNF/Post-Acute environment. We offer on-the-job training and a chance to grow your career. Responsibilities include: Providing direct, resident-centered nursing care. Administering medications and treatments as ordered. Coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents. Monitoring resident health, documenting observations, and responding to changes in condition. Educating residents and families on care plans. Ensuring rooms are ready for new admissions and participating in orientation. What you'll bring: Current, unencumbered RN license. Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university. Ability to make independent decisions and strong communication skills. Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and long-term care regulations. Patience, tact, and a positive attitude, especially with elderly and diverse populations. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
