Job Details: Job Location: Denver - Denver, CO, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00Hourly, Travel Percentage: None, Job Category: Facilities,  We are seeking a skilled Painter to support the maintenance and appearance of our facilities. This role is responsible for preparing surfaces, applying finishes, and performing touch ups that protect building assets and enhance the overall environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship and safety. Duties & Responsibilities Prepare surfaces and apply paint, varnish, and coatings Perform touch ups and corrective repairs as needed Match paints to achieve required colors Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas Follow safety protocols and company procedures Coordinate with supervisors and team membersQualifications:  Education & Training High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in commercial or residential painting required Training in painting techniques, materials, or safety practices preferred Knowledge, Skills & Experience Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and finishes Excellent attention to detail and color matching ability Understanding of safety practices and proper material handling Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and problem solving skills
