Signature Retail Services is hiring Travel Fixture Installers for our Travel Remodel Team! In this role, you'll travel weekly with a remodel crew, helping transform home improvement stores like Lowe's, Home Depot, ACE Hardware and Do It Best through fixture installations, department resets, and large-scale remodels. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role for people who enjoy hands-on work and teamwork. Your First 3 Months, West Coast Projects: New hires start by flying out to support our West Coast projects for about 3 months. Your airfare, hotels, and per diem are paid. After that, you'll move to Midwest project assignments closer to home.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Execute large-scale retail remodels and store resets
• Install, relocate, adjust, and dismantle steel fixtures, cantilevers, shelving, pallet racking, and displays
• Support department teardowns, rebuilds, and merchandising projects
• Set products, signage, and displays according to planograms and project specifications
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, forklifts, and scissor lifts (training provided)
• Work closely with teammates, project leaders, and store management to finish projects on schedule
• Complete in-store reporting on a handheld device or smartphone
• Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards, and keep the work area clean and safe

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide Proof of Valid driver's license, active auto insurance and a reliable personal vehicle for travel
• Availability to travel weekly throughout your assigned region and surrounding states
• Basic hand tools (work gloves, screwdrivers, cordless drill, mallet, pry bar, adjustable wrench)
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to safely use hand and power tools, including drills, screwdrivers, tape measures, and box cutters
• Technical skills, using a smartphone for communication, scheduling, and in-store reporting
• Strong attention to detail, whether working with a team or on your own
• Comfortable with fast-paced remodel environments and overnight project schedules
• Forklift or OSHA certification (not required; training provided)
• Experience in retail remodels, fixture installation, carpentry, warehousing, or heavy-duty merchandising.
• Standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders throughout overnight shifts
• Regularly heavy lifting, moving, handling steel and lumber, products, fixtures, and project materials weighing up to 50+ lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.

PAY & BENEFITS:

• $20.00-$23.00/ hr, DOE
